Green Stream Recycling Corp. is a private company focused on the collection and recycling of e-waste in the United States.
What is e-waste? E-waste refers to electronic waste, which is any discarded electronic device or equipment, including computers, cell phones, televisions, refrigerators, and other electronic appliances. E-waste can also include components of electronics, such as batteries, circuit boards, and cables.

The collection and recycling of e-waste is set to play a vital role in advancing the circular economy.

OUR TEAM
Co-founded by two long-time friends with extensive experience investing in and operating real assets.
Cesar Gonzalez
Co-Founder
Eager to embark on this new urban mining endeavor, Cesar brings extensive experience in investing and business building within the traditional mining sector. For nearly 14 years, he co-managed a metals and mining investment portfolio at Wexford Capital LP, where he led the permitting, financing, construction, and commissioning of two gold mines in Latin America. Additionally, he facilitated a joint venture with a top 10 global gold miner on a substantial land package in Quebec and co-founded a publicly traded precious metals royalty company. He began his career in the Private Equity Group of Lehman Brothers, focusing on investments in energy master limited partnerships.
Cesar graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Kansas Organization of Recyclers and the Critical Minerals and Materials for Advanced Energy (CM2AE).
Jack Cooney
Co-Founder
Jack has 20+ years of experience investing in real assets, drawing largely from the commercial real estate sector. His career has spanned acquisitions, development, operations, finance, and capital markets, both as an institutional investor and an entrepreneur. He is the Managing Partner of Trinity Real Assets, an independent sponsor that specializes in deep value investments in real assets and real asset-based operating businesses. Previously, Mr. Cooney was the Chief Executive Officer of Pink Bird Car Wash, the Chief Investment Officer at SROA Capital, and held private equity investing roles at AllianceBernstein, PCCP, and Black Creek Capital. He began his career in the investment banking divisions of Lehman Brothers and Wachovia Securities.
Mr. Cooney graduated with a B.A. in History from Yale College and with an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
